My 1-star rating goes strictly to the app itself and the development team. The idea is excellent and highly needed these days. Yes, the app has a very simple interface and is easy to navigate. However, the subscription system is incredibly complex and confusing, made worse by a completely uninformative UI. On top of that, the support team clearly aims to close tickets as fast as possible rather than actually solve the user's problem, which leaves a really bad impression.
When I was asked to join a therapy session of my wife (she is the one that had the primary session with her therapist and her therapist suggested I join for one joint session) I was attacked in every possibly way by the Ukrainian therapist named Anna. She frequently interrupted me after I tried answering her questions. When her voice became hostile I realized she is no therapist- she is a broken mentally ill person who by her own accounts endured abuse by her drunken father. I urge everyone reading this- stay away from this app and this company, while some specialists on there are good you are most likely to run into very dangerous psychopaths because mindly doesn’t mind having them as long as money is made. The real solution is using state certified specialists that are rigorously vetted.
This app is easy to use, very intuitive. I believe that even people who are not great with technology would be able to navigate this app with ease
