Mindful IVF: Meditate & Relax

I’ve never written a review of anything, so that should show just how happy I’ve been with this app! I’ve lived with anxiety for over a decade and when my doctor suggested going off of my medication prior to starting fertility treatments, I nearly lost it. I did a google search and decided to try meditation to help calm the fears and anxiety surrounding infertility. I’ve used this meditation daily since the start of the IVF process and I can’t tell you enough how much it has helped keep me hopeful and focused. Tomorrow is our first transfer and I truly feel that regardless of the outcome, my mind is in a place to handle it because of these meditation exercises. Thank you ❤️ Update: It’s 2+years later and reading this review brought me to happy tears. We were successful on our first transfer and our beautiful daughter, Noemí, is now a toddler. In two short weeks I will be going through our second transfer to hopefully give her a baby sibling! I’m not as anxious this time around but I’m still leaning on this wonderful app to get my mind right. I highly recommend to all of my patients going through infertility and I cannot say enough great things about this space you’ve created for those of us on the infertility journey. Thank you again ❤️

I am currently waiting for transfer day (so excited!) but just wanted to say how wonderful this app has been and continues to be. Doing the daily meditations has made me so relaxed and positive about the whole IVF process. I find myself repeating things said during the sessions throughout the day and feel ready for and even look forward to next steps. My husband is astounded at how positive and calm I’ve been through it all and I know it is because of this app. I highly recommend it to anyone going through IVF - I consider it as vital a part of my treatment as the medications.

Everything about IVF treatment is so stressful and uncertain. This meditation app really helped me cut through the racing mind and racing heart feeling that never seemed to subside throughout the length of my treatment. The meditations are exactly the right length and they're soothing and full of heart. There were many days when they said exactly the right thing I needed to hear for reassurance and hope. I don't typically like to pay for app add-ons but there are plenty of free meditations that come with the app and by the time I got to transfer day I was happy to buy the two additional packs. Thank you so much for this app! There's not much out there in the App Store for us infertility patients. This was a treasure to find! P.s. I got my positive result, and I think the pockets of peace this app gave me helped with that ❤️
