But I’m not a stupid person. still, I could not deposit through the app a check from Charles Schwab. every time I cleared it out, started all over, it still showed the original bad image capture and was not able to ever deposit this check! Now I have to mail it from Texas to Florida to deposit a $25 check because the mobile app does not function properly

This app can be so much better but it’s full of so many bugs. I can’t deposit a check first time because the app either force closes or forces me out. Even when I am able to get the check deposited, it doesn’t show me that the check was accepted into the account until it clears. Also, the images are probably really bad since there’s no way to turn the phones flash on to take the pic.

So thankful for the customer service at Community Bank of Florida - loving their new internet upgrade. It’s easy to navigate - if I had any questions I had immediate assistance.
