Was forced to download this one bc the old one is no longer supported/wouldn’t let me login, but this one keeps giving me an error (legacy account blocked) so I can’t login here either. Also under faq you can’t report a stolen card, send secure messages, or do travel notifications?? Those are three of the major things mobile apps are for (that and depositing checks, which is what I need to do and now cannot). Update to respond to their response: at least read the reviews before you copy/paste your response, this and may others clearly say NEITHER app works (ie we sunmobile/the old app is no longer supported).

I am extremely satisfied with the online progress access and now I am able to see my Credit card details. This is a game changer. I guess should be no time to manage my card as I can do with my debit card if needed. Thanks for the great service!

Great! Now you guys have 2 apps that don’t work for your members! Can’t sign in to this one. You guys are rolling it out in phases while the members who do not have access to this new app still cannot transfer money between accounts with the other app. Your authentication system does not work on the other app. I am unable to sign in to this app. Your customer support is not helpful. After calling they say there is an “outage”. Wait until Monday “. Meanwhile members cannot transfer money between accounts or externally. I recommend everyone steer clear . In the reviews they say use the other app use the website…. Those don’t work either. Not sure how the most basic functionality of transferring money doesn’t work in any of their sites!!!
