Excellent customer service and a great staff. Crews Bank has a welcoming, family-owned feel that’s hard to find these days. The facility is always clean, quiet, and relaxing—almost like a library. It’s the kind of place where you can comfortably sit and unwind, even if you’re not there for a transaction. Highly recommended. She knows my by my first name even when I’m a little shook up because of life she assures me that everything will go well and the service is very professional and prompt always straightforward never beating around the bush and that’s why I recommend her to anyone. I was excited for the change. Change can be good. In most cases it has been. I miss some of the people who are no longer there. I have been banking with Wauchula State Bank for about 30 years. Wow! Time flies! However, there have been times recently because of some very rude people that if it wasn’t how amazing, wonderful, helpful, friendly, and caring MICHELLE SCONYERS is, I would have already changed banks.
