I got this app thinking I would be able to watch live TV and my recordings when I’m away from home. Apparently you cannot. You have to be on your home WiFi network in order to watch anything. I thought the whole point of this app was to be able to watch when you’re not home. What’s the point of this app then? When I’m home, I’m going to watch on the TV. This app is completely useless unless you’re at home which is ridiculous.

I can’t even give this a 1 STAR!! You pay hard earned money for a company ‘s access to there services, abd there APP works like trash. Can’t get it to load, spend hours doing all the normal things to see if it’s a computer, APP or internet issues, that’s a waste of my valuable time. Call them and it’s the same thing. Waste of numerous hours once again. Seems like all these BIG companies only understand when everyone cancels there subscriptions. APP IS JUNK!! DELETE IT FROM THE APP STORE.

Sign in is annoying as the app does not take advantage of the iOS TV provider setting or allows auto fill to work. App needs a native sign in page, ditch the superimposed webpage login. As someone with a complex password this drives me nuts and requires me to have a physical copy of my password handy whenever I need to log in. Using the app can also be hit or miss. Sometimes it works flawlessly, other times it skips and stutters or tells me I’m out of my region when selecting channels. For now stick with the cable box provided for the best experience. I would like to see a Roku and Apple TV app in the future once the current bugs get worked out.
