One of the most frustrating app experiences I’ve had. Won’t allow me to login because it says I’m logged in on another device, but this is my first time downloading the app. Completely nonfunctional yet required for ticketing.

I’m only using this app to see one show. I didn’t realize there would be an extra $22 in “taxes and fees” and then when I’m about to check out, another “transaction fee.” GOOD GRIEF FOR THE LOVE OF EVERYTHING THAT IS BEAUTIFUL IN THIS WORLD STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. Also…Bluetooth permission to access the tickets? No thank you.

We must be subsidizing the development of this app with $20+ worth of fees. Its like they looked at Ticketmaster, LiveNation and Eventbrite and said, “We can do worse.”I shudder to think what less-technical folks have to do to for admission to events. I’ll be visiting the box office in town from now on I guess?
