I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding the inconvenience I have experienced with the repair process of my car at the Benz repair center. Despite making three separate reservations and taking time off from work to drive my car back for repairs, I have encountered the same issue that was present when I first received the vehicle. This repeated process has consumed more than six days of my time during the first month with this vehicle. The significant functionality issues with the associated mobile application have further added to my frustration and disappointment with the brand.

The app is pretty good when it does work. However it sometimes doesn’t work! No response for 2 or 3 days even with good internet connection. (The app prompt message that “No internet connection, please try again!!). Please improve the stability of the app.

A functional improvement would be having the an option for the mirrors to unfold on engine startup rather than when unlocking the doors. It is not every time you unlock the car that you will startup the car to go somewhere. I am guessing it is a software mod to do this rather than some mechanical adjustment for this and hopefully easily done.
