Since the latest update in March of 2026 to ios15.8.7 this app as well as others no longer work on older Apple phones. A phone should not be outdated for technology just because those with greater wealth buy a new gadget every time a business pumps out more for maximum profit gains! Evil corporate geed when you take advantage of the wealthy & completely disable the poor from even being able to obtain a job through technology which is how most jobs have people apply, need apps to apply for jobs. Prolly the same narcissistic people who claim all poor shouldn’t have nice things too eve though they worked hard bought their phone with cash (Full price , when it came out new! Not necessarily poor but often labeled that way, because I refuse to keep feeding the corporate trolls. My phone is barely 10yrs old & for the full price I paid over 1K just for the phone, doesn’t include insurance or service fees or phone service it should last a lifetime. Fund fact check the price of gold back then it was just barely $1K USD for 1 troy ounce, now price of same said gold is almost $5K USD, proof our money system is out of wack. Stop feeding the trolls!
Disclaimer: MFCU, its staff and the whole banking experience with this credit union is amazing! Don’t let this review prevent you from using it or being a member! But now, my two cents:As old and outdated as the old version of this app was, it was just easier enough to use and navigate that I thought I’d come here to write about it. From the start on the new app, faceID seems to only initiate 3 out of 10 times. Opening the app sometimes the faceID protocol loads and I’m inside in 3 seconds. But more times than not, I’m forced to look up my password and manually enter that credential. Why? Consenting have changed. So that’s annoying. The new ‘home screen’ isn’t as nice in my opinion. Now you have to either flick right to left to see each account, or click the ‘see all accounts’ each time you log in. Again, not a deal breaker, it it’s one more step I need to take to see all money in a single screen. What was wrong with showing me all accounts on different lines right when I log in?Finally, when I attempt to pay bills in the app within 30 days of each other, the app won’t let you. Now, it’s technically a warning trying to alert you that you already made that particular payment this month. And that’s a nice feature for someone like me who sometimes loses track of the last creditor I paid. But, the popup specifically states “If you intended to make this payment, close this box and resubmit to authorize the payment.” And when you do that, I get the popup again. No matter how many times I try, I CANNOT pay a creditor more than once in 30 days. And that has been super annoying. So, this app has some bugs. And I can only assume those will be worked out in v2.1 (shortly after read this review!). The app it headed in the right direction. It just needs a little tweaking. Download it anyways.
This app is so helpful when it comes to keeping track of your money what’s coming in and going out. My dad is in his 70s still uses a checkbook and was complaining about his account being off by a dollar or so. I opened my app and showed him. We use the same bank. I said I always know EXACTLY what I have because of this app
