Worst experience ever moving out of coop soon as possible, i have visited the bank more than 3 times for the same issue to be sorted, it has taken 1 week to move from one mobile banking app to another and signing in has been a problem, customer care Mercy was completely rude, how does one work there and doesnt know if an app is down? At the bank the next customer care stayed on call the entire time , it was annoying , she should have dealt with the previous client before calling me to sit 15 min before she could serve me, of which she did not help me,basically worst experience on mobile banking and coop customer service, i applied for credit allerts and they sent all my previous one’s i mean i need them moving foward not from the past, its just terrible, also customer service team should be empathetic, friendly, the coop bank allong moi avenue and kikuyu at mugumo they are the worst.
