We are withdrew the money from ATM and there is not came out cash and receipt . For this issue we are calling to the bank they said money will be transfer to me max 5day . After 8 day I called to the bank . No one answer me properly .Only asking my information and drop the phone . Next time also again ask the same question after I gave she said she can't hear my voice but I can hear the voice from her side and other guys voice as well . I sent email no respond . I called cus care but they just careless and promote their campaign and cut my mobile data 20dhs 🥲 someone needs to care customer not like asking the date of birth and country and 1hr hold my phone

I made my account like 8 days ago and Ive been stuck on the same screen that says your account with be activated in 2 days and its already been 8 days I called customer service 3 days ago she said some information was missing I gave it to her then she said my account will be activated the next day… Its been 3 days so I called again today and that was a waste of my time she didn’t tell me anything new and said it will take another 3-5 WORKING DAYS?? what’s the point of advertising this new “simple & fast way to open a bank account!!” “easiest and fasted way to get a bank account” when this takes the same time if not more than any other bank if I would open a new account.
