Marine CU is always prompt and current. I have another bank account required for my mortgage loan through AXOS in California. Their app takes a week to show my money transfer and deposit activity. When I call for customer support, the difference between the two are like night and day. I was disappointed to learn that branches are closed and AI automation is in the place of humans. Thank you Marine CU for providing great service.

I’ve tried several banks but keep my MCU accounts open for when those others inevitably irritate me. My closest branch is over an hour away, yet I rarely have to go. Only when I needed to pick up a physical check for a car loan I took out was why I needed to go. Otherwise, I do everything 100% through the app. My check deposits are processed quickly and my paychecks arrive 2 days early! I’ll be a lifelong member!
