Love the brand - hate the app
Love the brand and marketing! The app however is terrible compared to other shopping experiences out there today. Looking for older releases or specifics can be daunting. Getting a closer look at the product itself doesn’t work. Had one experience where I purchased an item and no notification that it was out of stock and it took me having to email customer support on the status after waiting weeks. For the prices Malbon charges for its products, I expect luxury shopping experience via the app. Old Navy has a better app for than this…

Apple Pay Needs updating
5 stars because the App for the most part works great. When trying to check out with apple pay, it says that the app doesn’t support it. Which, is a little odd since that’s one of the options that’s offered when viewing products.

Malbon is one of very few companies who will follow their brand where it takes them and truly uses feedback from their consistent consumers to secure some ridiculously exclusive partnerships. I’ve been a proud customer for some time now and completely believe in what Malbon stands for. My favorites that I’ve purchased have to be the custom Jordans/Nikes. Great job and thanks again!
