Kith App and Clothes are definitely top notch! I have ordered many many times and I always have a easy to use, smooth checkout process. I LOVE the tiers that they offer, although I do wish I could combine my old email to my new one to make that count toward my tiered status…that would be the only thing I would change as far as the App goes. The clothes are TOP quality and although expensive, definitely worth it.

It’s a great app that offers the user an amazing experience. When you visit locations around the world you get a unique app icon to use. All your orders and points show up and it’s easy to see what level you are on. It’s easy to find and favorite items each time you shop. Showing your loyalty to Kith pays dividends to exclusive access, early access and you get a notification on when it happens. It all just works and the attention to detail to the user experience is top notch just like their the in store experience. Love the app. Love what Kith does.

I entered a drawing to win a pair of Kith Converse shoes and upon entry a screen asked for credit card info, which indicated payment for shipping. I submitted my info thinking that it was fair to charge me for shipping if the shoes were free. A few days later, I was notified by email receipt that my credit card was charged for BOTH the shoes and shipping. I can understand that I didn’t win the drawing, but should have been asked first if I still wanted to pay for the shoes and shipping BEFORE charging my card. I emailed Customer Service twice, but little to no efforts by agents to acknowledge my concern. Overall, I find that in-store service by salespeople is stellar, but online service and return/exchange policies serve the company’s best interest, not the customer’s.
