MahJongg4Fun: American MahJong

I fairly new to Mahj and this game was recommended. My only suggestion is An explanation of The way the game scores. As far as O can tell the scoring does not align with the NMJL card scoring at all (you end up scoring like 150 per hand as opposed to the expected amounts between 25-75 Depending on the type). I also wish you were able to manage the time in the official games instead of timing out so quickly - for example there Is no ability to call pause at all which is a little tricky). Other than that it’s great!

I selected this app because it is easy to see on a phone or small iPad. I like that it has practice modes & live play. The voices of the bots are easy to hear and sound very nice. The graphics are lovely and let me follow the game just like at a real table. I would LOVE to see a pause button on the games though because actual life does happen like doorbells, kids and mischievous kittens who need immediate help. In a real game at home players would understand if you stepped away for these things.

This game is perfect for all player levels and no hidden fees. It has practice mode option, so you don’t loose any points, keeps track of your yearly card and status report. The table is easy to see. Great game to have your friends join you in private tables. The developer is always active and responds with any questions you may have.
