I have never been one for tracking macros… but this app has been very easy to use :) and being that I use chat gpt for everything, this is very comfortable for me to add this into my daily use. It is very helpful for a newbie like me ! Will continue to use!!!

The interface is very clean and user friendly. I like when that when I go to the log food page and put in a type of food, it automatically adds the calories, proteins and fats. Each time you put in a new food, it gives you a score also which helps to know if you are keeping to the type of diet you’re in.
