I ordered my items yesterday and it arrived today I was shocked to see that the cauliflower was moldy with black patches and worms coming out of it also the lettuce was brown and moldy and I ordered 5kg of almonds all of which were extremely tiny and the tomatoes were all huge and ripe all of them the stevia sugar turned out to have carbs and it synthetic stevia not the real one from the plants also the turkey has absoulty no flavor and the slices are thick I tried reaching out to customer service however they just left me on seen I emailed two different emails and called them however I revived no reply terrible customer service I’m requesting a refund for the items and I will never ever purchase from Lulu again I always buy from panda and Danube

The app itself is ok.. but the service is too bad.. they are always very late than the time you request.. they choose the worse and rotten vegetable to bring to you.. even one time i have ordered chips box and it was missing some bags from inside.. but the worse thing you will find is the customer care.. they do not answer quickly.. and one time i didnt recieve an item because it was not available (which is very common) i have contacted their customer care.. after months of sending messages back and forth without giving me either the refund nor the item.. and they even said that I was late to ask for my refund!!!! They wanted to take it even without justification.!!! And the problem was not solved until i called ministry of commerce.. at that time they gave me a replacement item.. i will never use their app again

A big help that online shopping in Lulu now informs buyers of unavailable items. Software for location information must be fixed. I live in Aramco Dhahran Camp but when I entered my location it says “ No Available Service”
