Never updates when it’s supposed too. Always blank or not letting me log in, says need to verify that I have an account, even after just using!!

Utterly useless. I presume that it’s this level of incompetence is why they’re getting their business pulled from them by the state at the end of the year.

Sad this isn’t working, it constantly says under maintenance. It would be very helpful to have this updated and fixed. With this day and age, you would think a lot of companies would have an app that works just as good as their site, so many people are mobile and it is easier.
