This is quite possibly the least functioning app that I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. I just wanted to have my insurance cards downloaded onto my phone which BCBS Louisiana only lets you do through this garbage app. It freezes. It closes out randomly. Even when I’m logged onto my app, if I try and access my cards it makes me relogin. Of course this makes the app freeze. Again. And again. And again. I cannot believe that one of the largest health insurance company in the US has such a poorly designed and tested app. The entire company should be burned to the ground or at least fired because they’re obviously incompetent.

I downloaded this app about a month ago, and it hasn’t worked the entire time it’s been on my phone. I have even received a letter from BCBS informing me that I signed up for online services and the app, but nothing stating that the app is no longer in service. The statement upon opening the app says Functionality Unavailable, and that their app and website are under maintenance…..but like for over a month? It better be a 5 star app after it’s completed, because right now, it would obviously be a zero if I could rate it that.

Lots of bad reviews show that the developers failed to provide a good platform. No changes and no responses show that nobody cares what the users say. BCBSLA sent mailers out for rxss and I’ve been trying to look into all afternoon, setting up an account and downloading the app. I had gotten to a screen that offered alternative medication and asked if I want them to send something to my doctor. Unfamiliar with the medications, I sought to learn more. Now the app has nothing to help find my way back to that page. Useless.
