I had a problem with part of my demographics being entered wrong in the system. I messaged LABlue through the portal after hours and it was promptly taken care of the next business day. Thank you for the quick response.

It is very difficult to get full access to your loved ones information. In order to do this, I had to log out of my account and log into theirs rather than getting full access which is what we tried do in the first place. The option to give full access to your loved one is not available. This certainly needs to change, especially when adults being cared for, can’t take care of themselves! I would rather have the easier availability of access on adding them to my account when they have approved the authorization.

This app has been a one stop shop for me. It has improved over time and offers a wide range of access to my information when I need it. Thanks to its easy navigation, I discovered links to benefits that I didn’t realize were available through my account.
