I purchased a gown from them which didn’t fit so I sent it back and did exactly what they needed for the return. I never got my refund back and its been over a month. When I emailed them I received a reply that they are working on it! I sent two more emails snd never got any reply back at all! Next step? The better business bureau and definitely the INTERNET. I don’t think people should purchase something from Lord and Taylor and think that if they want to return it they will get a refund!
Just the worst experience I’ve ever had using an app. You can’t search for anything as the results will come up as “no results match your search.” Even if you filter for items by brand and it indicates the amount of products in a certain filter, the results will still come up as nothing found. What’s the point of having an app if it’s just going to deter your customers from completing an order entirely? Maybe invest in better developers overall.
Love this store, Had some great memories. So glad it’s back!! Keep the memories coming…
