I got banned from the communication without a warning, after seeking recommendation. They called it solicitation despite my follow up with clarity and inquiring a review of the case. Emailed leadership team multiple times without any response. Ended up having to cancel plans for an upcoming meet up. I’ll stick to my other networks that provide better response.

The app is easy to use, makes Long Angle connections simple and effortless

I’ve been using this app since it first launched. I’ve had only a couple of minor issues: when I reported each, i had scarcely stopped typing when the team kead reached out to me. Shortly after a fix was released - along the way the lead kept me informed of all developments (if others had also observed the problem, when enough data had been shared so the team could reproduce, root cause had been found, if any workarounds had been identified, correction verified and submitted, update containing the correction available etc,) I was astonished by the diligence, by the followup and by the accuracy:honesty of everything i was told. To my amazement (after 45 years of commercial software experience, I’ve yet to observe aby regressions nor side effects of correctiond. All tokd this app (which i use daily) is a pleasure and the team seems to be outstanding.
