LogMeIn Rescue Customer

I never even heard of this app before until I called Verizon tech support because I needed help getting my phone number off my broken phone and onto my new phone. I just followed Wei’s directions and it worked great, I was impressed! She could see my phone safely and securely and she fixed my issue. 10/10 Will highly recommend! Thanks Wei and Verizon!

I have to confess that the service I have received from Verizon until today in Lakewood office was horrific but today, Eric in the Philippines showed the caring & technical know how so far above anything I could have imagined that this customer was blown away! Please understand that although I’m an octogenarian, I’m a retired HR Exec and my standards are high, so when I say Eric’s performance was exceptional, I know what I am talking about! Honestly, this happened in one of the worst weeks of my lives; hackers were trying to take over $15k from my bank account yesterday, I’ve been through Hell , and Eric comforted me in a technically competent way! And, this safeguard he installed should have been given to me when I came to Verizon! Muchas Gracias, y Dios Bendiga an Eric Siempre!

I won’t be bragging about my new iPhone or the new iPad at the Thanksgiving Dinner. This has nothing to do with the salesman at the Verizon store or with the Verizon 611 helper who reset both items. The only problem I had with the old equipment is that space was very limited. Service to those is now gone. I need the service that this new phone promises and I need internet for my laptop. Only two things in my house need internet (laptop & doorbell). So this change should be simple. I have to plow thru tons of unwanted information to get a grip on how to get this new stuff to work as well as the old. I am able to read! A simple service manual as opposed to an advertisement for all things new and glittery (like changing background of a display!) would be useful. Something I can read and not run back and forth thru a maze like a rat. Please! Verizon has done better.
