The Lockly app has been an absolute game changer for home security and convenience. Setup was quick and straightforward, and the interface is very intuitive. I love being able to lock and unlock my door remotely, check the status in real time, and even grant temporary access to family or guests without having to hand out physical keys. The notifications are instant and reliable, so I always know when someone enters or leaves. Pairing with the Lockly smart lock was seamless, and the fingerprint and keypad management features are simple to use right from the app. What stands out most is the peace of mindโwhether Iโm at work, traveling, or just home with my family, I know my home is secure. This app delivers exactly what it promises and more. Highly recommended!
We really like the lock. Using the facial recognition it unlocks almost instantaneously, at least it recognizes an authorized user and unlocks before you can grab the door handle. Our front door is shaded by an overhang so I canโt say how well it would work with sun shining on the camera. The phone app is fairly easy to work through although my locksmith did have to assist with the initial setup. We are in our 60โs and not as tech savvy as those who grew up with computers so it probably would be simple for others. The only issue we had was the constant notifications about the door opening and closing. However I was able to figure out on my own how to disable that feature in the app. Will just need to remember to re enable it when we go out of town. All things considered, it is easier to use and quieter than our previous lock BY FAR. We would recommend this lock to anyone interested in upgrading.
Iโve had the device for two months now and still not able to get everything operating smoothly for myself and family members. I have contacted customer service multiple times (+10 times) and after waiting at least 15 minutes or more each time, they state they will call you back which usually takes place about 24-48 hours later when you are probably unavailable to work with the product. Even after finally being able to talk with agents, they can barely understand and speak English, then even after being transferred to more skilled technicians they canโt even help. Apparently I am now being transferred to another level of technician, and their estimated time to call back is 24-48 hours again. If I were to do it all over again and my wife would be ok with another brand, Iโd return it immediately, nothing but an expensive piece of shโฆlock only being able to be used with a physical key which is what we had before this overpriced lock.
