Livable works with every credit situation (no credit and bad credit included) and let you split rent from two, three or four ways to create that much needed breathing room in every paycheck to cover other nessecities! No issues with the property management here with payment as long they accept the Lvable app on their online rent portal platform! Would recommend this to anyone that needs the real rent flex and just make sure to have money in your bank account to cover every split! We needed this type of flex in todays hard economy created by the greedy rich who avoid paying taxes so we all get to suffer the bottom line! It helps not only to avoid eviction but as well from living on your car, storages, street, moving back to your parents or wherever you need that cheap roof on your head!
