I am very disappointed with the service. Despite contacting your support team in advance and specifically requesting that my credit limit not be reduced because I would need it during July, my credit limit was still lowered. This was extremely frustrating, as I had informed you of my upcoming need and expected my request to be taken into consideration. Reducing my limit despite my prior communication has caused significant inconvenience and has affected my trust in your service. I hope you will review my case, restore my previous credit limit, and improve the way customer requests are handled in the future.

PayLater has truly simplified my payment experience. The option to split purchases into four payments is convenient and easy to manage. The app interface is user-friendly, transactions are smooth, and notifications keep me updated at every step. Customer service is responsive and helpful, making the overall experience excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a smart and reliable way to manage their payments.

I have waited 2 full business weeks and no approval even tho information was correct. The support only sent automated messages and the messages were not directly helpful. The email ones do not respond and to this day I am still waiting for approval.
