Before Split Pay, payday often felt like a temporary sigh of relief instead of something I could truly enjoy. I would get paid, take care of my biggest bills, and then spend the rest of the week trying to stretch whatever was left. As a working mother, there was always something that needed to be paid for, whether it was household expenses, groceries, gas, something for my child, or an unexpected expense that never seemed to come at the right time. Split Pay changed the way I manage my money by allowing me to divide larger expenses into smaller, more manageable payments. Something so simple made a huge difference. Instead of one bill taking such a large portion of one paycheck, I could spread the responsibility out and still have room to take care of my family’s everyday needs. The biggest change wasn’t just financial. It was the peace of mind. I stopped feeling like I was constantly trying to catch up. I could breathe a little easier knowing that my responsibilities were being handled without sacrificing everything else in between paydays. Split Pay didn’t magically make my bills disappear or give me more money. What it gave me was balance, flexibility, and a sense of control over the money I already worked hard for. Sometimes changing someone’s life doesn’t require a huge financial windfall. Sometimes, it’s simply giving them a better way to manage what they already have. For me, Split Pay did exactly that, and that little bit of breathing room made a much bigger difference than I ever expected.
I’m a newbie here. I ran into some issues with my bank account and debit card not matching my split pay account. The reason being is bc I got a divorce and didn’t want to use my married name anymore so my split pay acct I used my maiden name. When I tell you split pay customers service made sure they helped me get it right!. They assist me in working on getting my issues resolved, and let me tell you they did!! I didn’t just chat or talk to anyone via email, I actually spoke to a few agents that assisted me with what I needed to get my car payment processed. It wasn’t one transaction, I had to run the payment through twice, and with customer service support on the phone to assist me, we got it right with the second transaction!! So far Spilt customer service support “ROCK!!”
Been told multiple times tried to apply twice being denied. It won’t give me a reason for the denial. I use flex pay on a regular every month no problems with flex pay yeah there’s some here and there, but there’s nothing crazy and easily be fixed and out trying to use Split Pay I can’t even get past the application process because I’m getting denied. And they won’t even Tell me why. Or what I can do to fix this except for using a different bank account what does the bank account have to do I need help paying rent because I don’t have money to pay the rent that is what Split Pay is supposed to be for if I had something to hide I wouldn’t have put my banking information obviously I don’t have money in my bank that will cover the rent rent or else I wouldn’t be using Flex or Split Pay. I would just pay it directly to my renting. Office so I don’t know if it’s because they see a credit card with a balance of a certain amount but it’s actually I owe money to them. It’s not like I have the money so either tell me because I owe too much. Tell me the reason don’t just say a plain generic version not detail oriented why and what I can do to fix because if I open a bank account just to use it because you suggested it too I won’t have no money on that either so I don’t I don’t understand maybe it’s better I don’t use Split Pay. I haven’t even got approved and it’s been a problem.
