Let me preface this review by saying I love the Level2 program. I credit Level2 for helping me keep my A1c and my blood glucose under control by providing valuable insight into my BG….But I hate this app. It’s glitchy, often kicks me out several times a day and requires me to authenticate every time I try to log back in. The chat messages also frequently fail to load. I will get a notification that I have a message from my coach but it won’t load. I have to restart the app several times before it lets me see messages. My Daily Actions disappear as well so I can’t always log my progress. I’ve never been compelled to write a review for an app but my frustration level with this Level2 app is boiling over. I hate that I can’t calibrate the readings unlike the Dexcom app. Every time I insert a new sensor I get false low readings in the 40s. But when I manually check my sugars it’s actually in the 100s. The developers need to do better with this app.
I i’m currently wearing the Dexcom monitor however I have been told that I cannot update the level to air because it was interfering give false blood sugar readings and also it might arise all readings entirely. It’s very frustrating because I don’t know how to take my blood sugars it says it’s working but I don’t know what to do with the information and my current doctor said she knows nothing about it including my pharmacy. I’m on able to even use my Fitbit and I’m so excited to use it because I was told that I have kidney damage and I don’t even have a clue what to eat my insurance does not cover all the specialist involved. Can you please work on coordinating the two apps I have an iPhone X that needs a software update to 14IOS -however they told me do not do this because it is not working and it might take away from the Dexcom on my body please somebody help so that I can wear the Fitbit and get better Thank you The support team and tech team and coaches have been awesome .
Love the Level2 program, and App! It makes quite a difference to be able to have your glucose readings every five minutes! It also helps me, a lot, to keep trying to make better choices when I eat. Before starting in this program, I knew I had been diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic, but since I didn’t see the effects of what I was eating, I kept eating the wrong foods, now knowing that I will be seeing my sugar level shooting up, helps me to stay away from the foods that will be bad for me. The only things I would change is to be able to go back a day, to set somethings, like fasting starting time, and whether you completed a goal or not.
