Level Health

Cannot get into the app. Have an iPhone. Can someone please help me get into the app

I’ve just signed up to Level Health. At a very basic level, it wasn’t possible to view my policy documents (broken link). Also tried to edit my address details and when I hit save, nothing happens so instead I will need to call customer service. I’m still within the 14 day cooling off period so I’m considering cancelling already. Not a great start.

I like the idea of this app, it has great potential and lots of benefits like the quick clinic. However, there are definitely a few things that need to be fixed. For example, once you get a prescription or sick note from a doctor, it says that it will download but it doesn’t, at least for me. Then, the prescription and sick note disappears and you can’t access it again. It would be much better if there was a physical button to press to download these documents if the download doesn’t start automatically, or if there was a section in the app that saved all these documents so I could access them there. My app is fully updated btw so it’s not an issue with that. I need the sick note urgently for work and now I have to reach out to quick clinic through email to retrieve it, and don’t know when they will respond. If more development was put into parts of the app like this, it would be so much more helpful.
