I use LG all the time for my regular laundry needs and have never had an issue! Saves me so much time which is worth the money!

TL;DR: they destroyed my wedding dress. Multiple rips, skirt overlay shrunk INCHES. I gave them 25 days to make it right and they didn’t. I revived no compensation, but provided them with the receipt of the dress, date of purchase, amount of wear, photos, etc. As an ICU RN at this crazy time, I really can’t keep going back and forth with them about this. They said they handled the dress with care. Check out the pics to see what laundry gopher handling your items with care looks like. — On 2/20/20 I had a dress picked up to be dry cleaned. The dress was to be dropped off 2/22/2020. On 2/22/2020 I received a text from Laundry Gopher stating that the cleaner needed more time on my dress for an alleged wine stain. I did not recall a wine stain, but have had enough items dry cleaned in the past to know it was standard practice to alert a customer of issues with the clothing being dry cleaned. They ended up bringing my dress a day late. And while they took the time to point out an alleged stain, they never mentioned any other damage to the dress, as the dress was free of any rips or tears when they picked it up from me! I wore this dress one time for a four hour period. When I received the dress back, it was destroyed. The lace on the left arm sleeve had a large tear, the lace at the bust had a tear, and the chiffon skirt has shrunk dramatically, and is now way shorter than the silk skirt it overlays. Frankly, I’m shocked. I’ve had many things dry cleaned before, and have never had an experience like this. And if there was ever an issue with the clothing being dry cleaned, I was informed immediately. Either your business is careless in how it handles dry cleaning or you were intentional deceitful in failing to acknowledge the damage. I have been emailing them back and forth. They have tried to call the damage minimal, and offered to hem the dress. Hem the dress??? It would be too short then, it was the perfect length when I sent it to them! I also was never even refunded the $30 I paid them to destroy my dress. I have used them for wash & dry services before. Clothes have been shrunk and deliveries late and I’m stuck waiting around for them...but I didn’t complain and kept using them. But this is the last straw.

They picked my laundry up from my apartment and delivered everything back clean and fresh. I would use this app again!
