I don’t know what happened to the format for checking account information on the app (haven’t checked the savings account). Overnight it changed to a wider format which doesn’t show the account balance after each transaction. Also to see the amount withdrawn from each transaction you have to click on the line for said transaction to see how much was withdrawn. Not user friendly at all.

The app is usually a very high quality way of banking-on-the-go. However, in the last two weeks I have been unable to gain account access via the app. I’ve called the C.U. and I was told that they saw no issues. There were no updates pending. Please follow up on your end and let’s get this situation resolved. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

As a member for over 30 years now I am glad that when I have an overdraft I am only charged $29 and not 30. This is because my credit union appreciates me as a customer. Thank you for only punishing me partially keep up the punitive customer relations. After all we’re city workers were used to it
