CCU Mobile Banking

I’ve had a great experience using the mobile banking app. It’s easy to navigate, secure, and makes managing my finances convenient from anywhere. I can quickly check my balance, transfer funds, pay bills, and monitor my account without any issues. The app has been reliable, and transactions are processed smoothly. I also appreciate how easy it is to keep track of my finances with real-time account updates. Overall, it has made banking much more convenient and given me confidence that I can handle my banking needs anytime, anywhere. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, dependable, and user-friendly mobile banking experience.

Been meaning to write this but no time like the present. Love, love staff at this branch. Super nice, helpful and they go out of their way for service. From the tellers, supervisor and to the account representatives. I first got introduced to this bank from my husband 20 years ago and only kept my children and small account but kept my main money in another credit union bank because that was MY bank. My husband always said CCU is the best and better bank. I would tell him that all banks are the same, well I was wrong. I was trying to refinance my car from dealership to my credit union and I was having a bad experience with my bank. They were giving me the run around and I was basically begging for a low interest. Let me tell you that this representative made me feel not a valuable customer showing I was a long time customer and had money in the accounts. It was going back and forth for two weeks. One day i went with my husband to make transactions@CCU, he told me to talk to a rep to what they can offer. I sat down with Mr. Luis Mendoza with help of his supervisor and right away he treated me like a valued customer and my business matter with CCU. Told him my issue with refinancing, looked over my credit and just like that not only i got approved but was getting offered a better interest rate. What? I couldn’t believe it was that easy. I signed and got paperwork done in one day. Best day of my life. The other institution was calling me to the point I had to block their calls. Little by little I’m transferring all my accounts and making sure my kids do business with CCU. Thank you CCU for making sure to take care of your customers!!

Great app. The only thing I don’t like is that there are certain purchases that do not automatically get pulled from your card until the business or company decided to pull that money. Therefore, this makes it difficult for people to keep track of exactly how much they have in their account because if one makes multiple purchases and then checks their account the following day they may be deceived with the actually number that is provided by the app. This is because those companies/businesses may not have yet charged the card and so the person will “think” they have more money than they actually do have. In which case, they end up overdrafting and get charged for doing so. I wish this app could just keep track of all the purchases that one makes and subtract that number from the actual number that’s in the account. This would make the app perfect.
