KnockOut HD Pro-Photo Editor

Purchased the upgrade years ago and was great for the small jobs I would do. Tried to edit a picture (add a quick watermark) and the app wouldn’t launch. It was continually stuck in the splash screen. Tried and wait it out and the app wouldn’t launch crash. Since I have updated my iOS and even phones thought it might be an issue. So I deleted the app along with the data since I had bought the upgrade years ago. Downloaded the app again, and this time it launched but to my surprise? It is now a monthly subscription?! I tried to restore my purchase and it says I hadn’t bought anything. This is when I realized what has happened: lock out the legacy purchasers to make them pay the new monthly subscription model. For these prices, I would rather switch to photoshop express. Too bad, this was a great app for very casual users. I don’t need anything AI (I believe the selling point because of the tokens used). 2 stars because i had been using it and it’s great for SIMPLE edits

I was subscribed for Knockout HD plus sense few months for 1 year but right my account shows that I’m regular accountant and I cannot access my uploaded stickers I’m getting messages saying that I can only access 5 pictures and if need to access more of my pictures I should subscribe again on time that I’m already subscribed until June 2021 as showing in Apple subscriptions. Would you please review my account and resolve this issue ASAP and please contact me soon for any additional information. Note: I did not find any contact information for your company in the app reviews or in your applications!!!?

Until just recently, I had mad love for this app, and used it literally, on almost a daily basis. I highly recommended this app to all my friends, and ranted and raved about it on my personal blog and all the social media sites. I loved everything about this app, and was nothing but excited about upgrading to paid pro version. I loved everything about this app and then, without reason or anything warning, a required routine update provided thru the AppStore completely ruined this app, making it no longer functional. I’ve tried everything I can think of, even seeking the advice of others, and nothing... nothing at all... works. I’ve even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, both the free and paid pro versions and it still just doesn’t work. No matter what I try, this app simply does not work as it did before. I can no longer use any of the features, they keep deleting my image and my favorite feature, the magic cutter, which is what made the app so perfectly unique and stand out heads and shoulders above all the others out there, doesn’t work at all anymore!!! What on earth did to do to change for this once amazing app? Please put it back the way it was. I beg you. The way it is right now is garbage!!! I’m so disappointed. Now I’m on a mission to find a new app that I can use Bc the changes you recently made to this have destroyed your app. It’s not just me who is complaining either. A lot of people are unhappy.
