I have been playing over 10 years. The company took down the spin to win game and took all ways to earn gold bars down. They stated they were updating the game. Along with that I’d been saving my gold bars. I had over 200 gold bars that disappeared when they took the spin to win wheel game away. I have written them three different times about the missing gold bars. They keep asking for a specific date the gold bars disappeared from my account. I told them I don’t remember the date but it WAS the date they took away the spin to win. They have to know when they took that game down but refuse to look at that date to see that my gold bars disappeared that day. I will never buy anything to help for this game again. I won every one of those 200 plus gold bars. THEY STOLE MY 200 PLUS GOLD BARS AND WILL NOT PUT THEM BACK IN MY ACCOUNT. I’m sure they will answer this stating they need a date. They know the date but are unwilling to acknowledge it and do the right thing by returning the gold bars. It wouldn’t cost them anything but they have lost a customer that paid for things time to time. Not another dime will I ever pay for items for this game again. THEY STOLE OVER 200 GOLD BARS.

I ADORE this game. I think it’s so much fun and the graphics and animations are so much better than most other games. I haven’t been playing for that long, but from what I HAVE played, this seems like an incredible game. My only concern is the fact that this game is steered towards children, and literally in the tutorial the CHILD says a cuss word. I don’t know why that was added including the fact it was so unnecessary, but whatever. I also think the additional thing that they have magic is unnecessary, but I’ve gotten used to it. Other than that, this game is so well put together! Very entertaining and fun to play!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been playing this game for more than a year & usually enjoy it. However, within the past 2 weeks, the game is terribly frustrating & almost impossible to win the levels. Here are just a few problems that have recently developed: The new side game is much harder to play yet the rewards for beating the level(s) are less than they were before it was changed (& I, for one do not care for the new side game with the bear getting punched!; the spin wheel for rewards does not work - I always watch the full ad, yes, the full 30-60 seconds, but the message “oops, you have to watch the full ad” comes on & no reward! When will this glitch be fixed? It’s a shame that the new owners care more about making a buck than their supporters. If anyone reads this, please do not ask me to contact you on Facebook because I am NOT registered nor will I register on Facebook. Why not let people read here, on this venue, what your response is? I’m truly disappointed that these changes are not user friendly -to say the least. Thank you 2August: I play this game every day. However, when I went to claim my reward for today, it had reset back to day 1. I was up to the 4th or 5th day. (I’m referring to the daily rewards that give you different things like a spoon, etc. the 7th day reward is two 5-free extra moves.) WHAT HAPPENED? Now I have to start all over & lose out on the free externa moves I would have gotten in 2-3 days. I have to start all over & wait 7 days!!
