Jeff’s Bagel Run

I love the app it doesn’t give me many issues but there is one bug that is the reason for this review. I have had this weird bug that stops me from logging in to the app which then stops me from the following, scanning for rewards, ordering ahead, using my points. So basically it makes the app unusable. Once in a blue moon where it lets me log in I have zero issues. But it’s the waiting for that to happen that leads me to write this. I just want to order my bagels and get my points growing so I can order more and more bagels.

Did the app recently change to force catering orders to be in bundles of 3 for each bagel? I like to pick up large orders for my co-workers, but when I attempt to do catering the app no longer allows me to select anything other than bundles of 3 for all bagels. Since I don’t want extra of certain bagels, it forces me to create multiple orders instead. Otherwise, I love the app.

Excited to see that Jeff’s Bagel Run finally has an app! As the best bagels in Central Florida, I’m excited to be able to easily order ahead and support them directly rather than through DoorDash. I did think it was weird that searching Jeff’s Bagel Run doesn’t pull up the app, but instead the developer. I had to find the app from their developer page rather than in the search results which was a little strange, but it is pretty new!
