Jack's

Has the most friendly employees that I came across at any restaurant and I’m 42 years old with two grown boys I’ve proudly raised on my own, a granddaughter too. We all love Jack’s! I won’t lie, I’ve had problems with Jacks restaurants before but not this one here in Odenville Alabama (resident here for 4 years) I’ve never have been told to pull forward and they would would bring my order out, their always fast. My food has been exactly right every single time, I have ate there. I will say have went inside a good bit but I’m usually in a hurry and have to go through the drive thru. Their lobby as well as their restroom’s have been very clean, (yes I said restrooms because my fiancé has two teens that eat their on the inside as well and believe me, I would know if the Mens restroom wasn’t in good condition as well as the employees) I just have never had any complaints at this restaurant. I tell ya, if every employee was as nice, friendly, and caring like the employees I’ve encountered with, oh this would would be a lot different, I have been encountered with some awful, mean, cruel, with absolutely no respect employees at other restaurants before. I will pick this Jasks restaurant before any other restaurant again, unless my fiancé wants to go to a steakhouse for a date night. That been said, JACKS (Odenville Alabama) HERE I COME 😃😁😝

I have ate at different Jacks about 4 times but today is the last time I will eat at one. I ordered a 4 pc and 3 pc dinner online at 3:54 and the app had it to be ready at 4:04. We show up at about 4:15 the drive thru was backed up and doors were locked. We had already paid so we had to wait in line about 25 minutes and we got to the window and I told them I had an online order, they started looking at each other and shrugging their shoulders, a young guy asked me to pull up to the double doors(which they don’t have) without explaining what was going on with my order. So after another 20 minutes (without any communication) my wife goes to the door and knocks on it w/o anyone coming to the door. She goes to the drive thru window and ask where our food is and she notices 2 kids sitting inside eating (I guess they work there) who were laughing at her. On her way back to the car some lady opened the locked door and started hollering at my wife about how she was working with 3 teenagers(which 2 were eating) and we hadn’t seen this lady when we were at the window. She was very confrontational and said we should have patience. We talked about the situation about 5 minutes. We go to the car and another 10 minutes I start to leave w/o my food when the lady finally brings out our food. We did not eat our food(confrontational servers make me a little weary). I asked for a refund and the lady(I guess she was the manager) said no!!!!!!!

Been looking forward to the day Jack’s develops an app and the time is finally here! The app is easy to navigate in general, which is a must. You can earn points to redeem free food with each purchase and it racks up quickly. You are also given free rewards on certain occasions such as your birthday and upon joining. Hopefully even more random opportunities for free food are right around the corner too. I especially like that you can redeem points in multiple ways (it’s as easy as scanning the icon on your receipt!), in case something goes wrong or you forget to do so while physically at the restaurant. Being able to locate all Jack’s restaurants by map or list is a good perk too. We can even watch Jack’s commercials and read about the restaurant’s history through the app, along with looking at the menu at any time, including current featured promos. This will all get even better once ordering through the app is added, and it says it’s coming soon. Keep up the great work and thank you!
