LOC Mobile

My experience with LOC mobile and LOC credit union in general has been absolutely amazing !! All the questions are answered all my issues resolved and all all from genuinely the most caring and amazing staff I’ve ever felt in and company let alone a financial institution … 10/10 I tell all my friends and family about LOC <3

I use this app almost daily. I have a half dozen accounts at LOC that I can manage with a breeze using this app. It updates instantly after a transaction just about every time. I can think of once or twice out of thousands of transactions where it took a few minutes. Only gripe. I don’t want the same notification to check my credit score every day. Sometimes twice. I like the notification to pay my HELOC payment though. Now I’m getting a couple more daily repeat messages. Please provide a way to manage these. Otherwise great app.

I've been using the app for a couple years now, and recently they upgraded it, which prompted me to rave about it!! I really like the navigation of the new app, including how I can sign in with TouchID and take pictures of checks to deposit. It's also easier to check balances than the previous version. If you are an LOC member, you need this app!
