Pinnacle Bank Texas Business

I’ve had the app since it was launched. It’s pretty basic. Loses ‘Face ID’ memory a lot. Pretty useless in that front. Other than that, it does the job enough (most of the time). Love Pinnacle Bank, don’t care for your app.

If the bank wasn’t the closest thing to my business with good customer service, I’d look for another one solely on the quality of this app. It’s slow. It works when it wants to. You constantly have to sign in even after you just logged in. If you switch to another app to reference something you will have to sign back in when you get back. You have to sign in to make a transfer(after you just signed in.)

This app will end up being the very reason I leave pinnacle bank.
