Pinnacle Bank Wyoming

I found out that it wasn’t telling me that my online check deposits through the app were failing right when depositing like it’s apparently supposed to. Also the bank doesn’t send out emails about failed deposits so you just don’t know and lose that money. I feel like it’s insanely irresponsible. I called customer support and they’re no help at all.

I pay all my bills on this app using my phone. It is super easy and has been on time and accurate. Transferring funds between accounts is a snap, as is seeing activity, balances, etc. It has rarely been down. Love it.

I love the mobile deposit feature and the easy interface, including Apple Pay and external transfer. Amazing product!
