Pinnacle Bank Texas

This app is glitchy and slow to response when using. There is no Face ID or any way to sign in quickly when needing to check account balances or transfer money. It won’t let me log in from time to time, and it seems as if this app was left in the 20th century sometimes. This app has a long way to go before it can compete with other banking apps. I love the Pinnacle Bank family, I just cannot stand this app.

I was a member of Pinnacle many years ago when I was married . A a very good friend of mine reminded me of how amazing you were and how local/ convenient ... So I switched over because her advice of the PPP & now I am switching everything over I created an additional savings account and I am absolutely happy! I even like your website better than Chase, Pinnacle is way better. 2020 has been a strange year we’re all used to change at this point ...and this change I made has been amazing, the staff is amazing, the convenience is outstanding.!

Horrible app, tells me I'm typing in wrong user name and password nearly once a week or every two weeks gotta wait 6-12 hours then it'll start working again then come end of the month is just won't let me log in at all I have to call and be asked 40 questions and then they tell me reinstall the app and make sure it says Texas like I don't know where I live and the again and sometimes it'll work and sometimes it won't ! And for god sake don't let ur account overdraft because of something out of you control,they wil refund once $32, and after that its all on u so if u have 4 things trying to come out before they open and say u day u get paid u get charged $32 a pop which is $128! Unless ur a millionaire this is a qtr of ur check for most people.
