Promises world-class customer support but owner doesn't seem to read through the problem description and keeps suggesting solutions that don't have anything to do with the problem. Instead of improving the app they are removing functionality. Owner is great and responsive until he closes the sale and thereafter seems annoyed when problems are reported. App is buggy and keeps paging non-app users even when they are not on the call schedule.

Something has got to change with the way you enter the passcode. The scrolling between numbers is the equivalent of trying to use an old rotary phone, just have a keypad please

Owner said you can quit using the service anytime. Just wanted it to work consistently. No interest in helping.

CallMyDoc ™ is an app that can integrate with electronic medical records including NextGen®, Athenahealth ® , Allscripts® and other electronic health records.
It allows providers to handle any after hour calls in less than 2 minutes guaranteed. Safely and accurately.
