I’ve had this app fir well over a year now and must admit its great but does have a major floor that is so annoying . You don’t have to worry about this app you just shop away and eligible shops get added to your reward bonus balance EXCEPT…… Wilko .. purchases from this store never snd I mean never appear on your rewards balance , you have to save your receipt and then x30 days after purchase you then have to upload the receipt and then it gets verified and then you wait yet another x30 days for the credit to go on your account .. so if you forget to save your receipt you loose the bonus , this has been going on fir well over a year now and yet every time I have to report the fact that my bonus is missing the creators of the app don’t seem to pick up on the fact that the same shop every time is causing this issue . So annoying , I’ve lost so much in rewards due to this and forgetting to save my receipt.. otherwise great but this is a horrible flaw in what could be a perfect app

I've been using this app for over a year now and have found it to be one of those "essential" apps to install. One simply adds all payment cards one uses to the app and once added, one goes about one's normal shopping in-store and online and various amounts (depending on the store) are added to one's app as a form of cashback. Most if not all retailers are covered and once the amount has collectively become available, one can redeem against the standard main UK networks, in order to pay one's Bill. It really is that simple. If you do have an issue, I have found the Customer service team to be very helpful. You'll realistically pay every third month's Bill, though this depends on how much shopping you'll do and how many higher percentage offers you redeem. Truly 5/5

Was waiting to use this app for a while before I gave a review and yeah...after the last update, I think I’m done with it! First the £5 reward option has been removed. Now, they’re taking longer to respond to missing transaction issues and also trying to wrangle out of giving the rewards. Occasionally a transaction doesn’t generate rewards within 14 days; no biggie, mistakes can happen. Previously I’d send a request, upload an invoice/receipt and my rewards have always been granted...up until this last update. I submitted a missing transaction ticket a few days ago and uploaded my invoice...the same kind of invoice I have always uploaded for this particular retailer. Lo and behold, I get an email today saying that my request has been denied due to the proof I submitted not being proof enough! It’s the same proof I have always uploaded, even as recent as last month when the very same retailer (Nike) didn’t put my transaction through! If I don’t get this reward, I’m deleting the account and uninstalling. I don’t have time to be missing rewards and being given the run around!
