Virgin Red: The Rewards Club

Experience was fine except for the date change by one day when saw the last page.

Gotta say, virgin needs an overhaul top to bottom. Went in a cruise, which was less than stellar. Then I got an email for reward points for spending $5000 on a cruise totaling 700 points. Seems like that’s probably $20 worth of points since the first reward is at 7000 points. Logically you would think you would give enough points to keep them interacting with your brand. One and done with Virgin (pun slightly intended).

Downloaded the app after receiving email. Thought it would be good to have since I fly on Virgin & also take Virgin cruises. It simply does not work. After downloading the app it takes you to a screen asking about cookies & you choose it will direct you to a blank white screen. Each & every time you open it the same thing happens. It does not work!!!!!
