Put $50 on the app and washed my clothes and it logged me out my account. Called the laundromat and they gave me 30 min on my 8 dryers. Called Dexter and can’t get ahold of anyone. My app won’t let me back in. I uninstalled the app. Reinstalled it. Reset my password. I’ve done everything possible and it still won’t let me back in. Edit: this was a Friday and I still can’t get in the stupid app. Don’t use this app. Now I have money on this app and can’t use it. They got me!!

I can’t even log in anymore, the first password was changed in MAY and it’s saying it’s incorrect, I changed the password again and it’s still telling me it’s incorrect. Between telling me it’s incorrect, it’s also telling me I need to confirm my account which I already did months ago when I created this account, and it also is not sending me an email to try and confirm it either. Broken app.

Cost $4.75, when I authorized payment, it took $25 from my bank account via Apple pay. I don’t know how. On the app it credited me with 4.75. No recognition of $25. Apple Store should take this down. Is someone hitchhiking on Dexter app and ripping off customers? Dexter should be more considerate of their customers money.
