A great app that does everything it claims. Very easy to use, tracks health data, connects automatically with your doctor and health care team at ChronicCareIQ. A nurse will occasionally call to check on you, and if any reading is out of range the nurse or your doctor office will call. So, there are folks actually checking the data you enter, and checking on you. Works seamlessly.

Instead of the patient constantly calling with symptoms or side effects and bothering the doctor and their staff this is the best way to communicate and the patient knows that the nurse and doctor are reviewing everything and would contact you if there was something important going on every doctor should have this and so should every patient it’s incredible
