It’s hard to understand why I have to change my password so often, especially since you have given me facial recognition. Seems to me that having facial recognition is certainly the most fool proof way of getting into my account. Passwords can be hacked, forgotten, lost, etc. Can’t you make it easier to do business with you? I’ve had my Schwab account for 7 years, with no password change…facial recognition only. Maybe you need to up YOUR account security protocol rather than asking us to do it for you.
Now that I have had my accounts for over 90 days, I can do pretty much everything that I could with my B of A accounts, including mobile check depositing. I have yet to use bill pay because the payee addresses won’t self populate when you add the name of the business; you have to research and add them yourself.
