Farmers National Bank App

I can log in online just fine but as soon as you go to the app, we have constantly had an issue where it says we have invalid credentials. If you don’t properly log out and clear the app, it locks you out as well! I understand that it’s for financial safety, to protect bankers, however if the safety protocol becomes so strict that it makes the app inaccessible for bankers, then it’s utterly useless.

Easy to use for internal transfers. The My Cards feature (in which you receive debit card alerts and can even turn your card off or on from the app) and Travel Alerts are great.

The other app was 95% better! This one is about useless except for daily issues... and balance. Not able to search for specific amounts or check numbers??? Have you seen other bank apps? Is this ok that your reps are looking these things up 24:7 and swamped... majorly decreasing customer service?? 👎🏻👎🏻
