Florence Bank

I like the services generally. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I have repeatedly requested that I do not have overdraft protection and it keeps coming back (like 3 or 4 times now) and so my account goes into the negative and I get charged fees and have to keep coming in and straightening it out. I have have most of the fees refunded since it has been the bank’s error every time, but it’s been a major inconvenience each time and no one I talk with seems to be able to figure out why it keeps happening. Otherwise I am happy with my banking services, everyone at my branch in Florence is very helpful and pleasant to talk to. 🙏😊🕉️

Very smooth & efficient. I would switch to using this account exclusively if the monthly account details labeled my purchases (such as “groceries” and “gas”) and allowed a drop down to select for purchase labels. This feature makes my budgeting especially simple at my Redwood credit union account.

So I use this app rather regularly and I find it good for everything except making online deposits. Every time I try this feature I just get some red text saying “please endorse... picture of back of check” blah blah blah. This is all I am able to see without any options to take a photo of a check or anything related to depositing a check. This definitely needs to be addressed and is a pain since I have to drive a good amount just to make a deposit.
