Waste of time, terrible product.
You waste less time standing in the actual queue and having a cashier scan your items than scanning it yourself via Scan & Go. Clicking anything results in at least 10 seconds of waiting. Loading coupons, loading anything - that’s even half a minute or more of loading. Some bar codes never search anyways. Integration with PayBack just crashes the app. Terrible performance.

Slow
You are standing at a cash deck, trying to run the app and switch to the coupons tab to activate them. Time is running. People in the queue are eagerly waiting for you to get out. You are nervous because you are spending the best years of your life waiting for the server to respond. I don't want to speculate, but after checking other reviews, they haven't been able to buy an additional server for years. Is this real for such a big company? Please buy new servers and make people happy. It's easy.

You say my purchase history can be used for different purposes. Why can’t you make it available for me? Lidl for example makes every bill visible in the application
