Saw this project on Shark Tank and personally have met the founder on a social event, want to share my honest opinion. They background story of the founder and idea of standing out as a dating app is great and clicks very well but the actual product not so much. I think first of all this app should have a traditional features and structure as every other dating app that proved their concepts. And only then, additionally, it should stand out with the unique element of Cheek’d Cards and Bluetooth scanning. Otherwise competition is almost impossible for this business. I think hiring a newly graduated business student as a chief who has an enthusiasm and talent to drive this (still startup phase) company to success would be great. I also think something’s wrong with marketing too. The app is using advanced technology and a creative way / concept of finding matches which would be perfect for millennials yet it looks like it’s made for people 40+. Outdated iPhone 6 hero picture on the website, dark red color scheme, cheap user experience and design inside the app drops the ball big time for the first impression. The branding and marketing needs a big overhaul. Overall I give kudos to the founder for strongly believing in her idea even after years of no success. I think right direction and asking for help (not only financial but also management) will make the success come true. Good luck!!

I'm using this app in Manhattan and Brooklyn, both fairly populous places. Yet in a few weeks I have yet to make a match or whatever they call it. By contrast, I cross paths with dozens of women on Bumble, Happn and Tinder. Either no one is using this app or it doesn't work. Either way it's a failure on the part of the app creator.

Had for over a month now and haven't even seen another user. Great concept tho
