WashClub Laundry Dry Cleaning

The first order I placed was 2 days late getting back to me but I’d still go with 5 stars. Within 12 hours of the missed delivery window the manager got in touch with me. Once they’d located and returned my order they refunded the whole order. Other services I’ve used would give a $5 credit for that sort of delay. I gave them a second try after that, and a third, and both times have been without issue or delay. These laundry apps are not without human mistakes but they did what they could to make things right. My only complaint is with the person I spoke to initially when my order never showed. He wasn’t able to assist me and said he’d “get back to me in 30 minutes” and didn’t. It would have been comforting to have a bit more clarity earlier.

I placed and order for pickup and even called in to ask questions that wasn’t answered online or the site. Rearranged my schedule to be available for the pickup window only for no one to show up. I called multiple times with no answer finally I get a call back at 7:00 pm saying you’ve called us like 5 or 6 times.. (uh yes because you’re supposed to be providing a service) the owner goes on to say oh we wouldn’t have been able to get to you anyway and I have checked for any orders today and plus the delivery guy car was messed up ..... and then says oh no and even if we got to you today we wouldn’t have it back in the time that we guaranteed anyway.... so as the owner you didn’t check for new customers...you didn’t think to reach out to customer to alert them and to top it off you have a whole list of excuses for why you’re not ready to run your business effectively... THANKS FOR WASTED TIME AND ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE!!! Please use other vendors this one is not ready!

I called them to confirm they can wash my rug. They told me that once they receive the rug they can give me an exact price for dry cleaning. They called me the next day to give me a quote and they said that it would be delivered the following day. When delivery didn't arrive I called them. They told me that they haven't cleaned my rug and that they gave me the wrong price yet they never called me and I waited around for four hours for the delivery of my rug that wasn't even cleaned in first place. When I asked to speak to a manager they told me they would call me back with a price instead of letting me speak with someone else. So the day after my rug was supposed to be delivered I still have no rug, I still have no quote, and I still haven't spoken to the manager.
